The mission of the Boy Scouts of America, Southwest Florida Council is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

Do you enjoy supporting volunteers who serve children, or serving children directly? Did you or anyone in your family receive the benefit of the Scouting program? Would you like to reconnect with Scouting and find out about all the ways it is the same and has changed with the times?

A volunteer in Scouting can serve Boy Scout Troops, Cub Scout Packs, or Venture Crews. A volunteer may serve youth directly as a merit badge counselor or a STEM (Science, Technology, Math) mentor.

No Scouting experience is necessary, simply a desire to help youth through the foremost youth leadership organization in the world.
