Collier County Clerk Of The Circuit Court

Chapter 28 of Florida Statutes defines the responsibilities of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. The office of the Clerk is a complex organization that performs a wide range of record keeping, information management and financial management in the judicial system and county government. The Clerk's Mission Statement is: "Strive to build confidence in the Clerk's Office through perceptive planning, efficient operations, and an unwavering commitment to the highest ethical standards for the citizens of Collier County."
