Stroke Recovery Foundation, Inc

To facilitate the transformation of stroke survivors and their caregiver partners into Stroke Victors through personalized group and individual education and coaching in Lee and Collier Counties. The Foundation helps patients and their caregivers to deal with the stroke diagnosis, available treatments and rehabilitation options/programs, particularly after reimbursed therapy terminates, and the life changes to create a successful "New Me" and "New Us". In addition, a secondary educational mission is to increase community and individual awareness of stroke risk factors, the signs of stroke and the steps required to mitigate long term disability.
